class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Der Teilzeitunterricht, kurz \u201eTZU\u201c, ist eine Lern- und Lebenswerkstatt f\u00fcr Jugendliche zwischen <strong>15 und 18<\/strong> <strong>Jahren<\/strong>, die besonderen Herausforderungen in Ihrem Leben gegen\u00fcberstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Teilzeitunterricht arbeiten Sch\u00fcler, Lehrer, Erzieher, Sozialassistenten, sowie Lerncoaches gemeinsam an den schulischen, pers\u00f6nlichen, sozio-emotionalen und beruflichen Zielen und Kompetenzen der Sch\u00fcler.<\/p>\n<p>Der TZU ist eine <strong>duale Ausbildungsform<\/strong>, welche allgemeinbildende und berufsbildende Kurse, sowie praktische Ateliers umfasst und durch ganzj\u00e4hrige Praktika in verschiedenen Betrieben erg\u00e4nzt wird. Konkret bedeutet das, dass die Sch\u00fcler w\u00e4hrend 3 Tagen pro Woche einem Praktikum nachgehen und an 2 Tagen pro Woche die Schule besuchen.<\/p>\n<p>Aber auch die <strong>sozio-emotionale Entwicklung<\/strong> der Jugendlichen steht bei uns im Vordergrund. Grundschulabschluss oder Orientierungsbescheinigung des 2. bzw. 3. Jahres des berufsbildenden Unterrichts zu erhalten) und die Sch\u00fcler gegebenenfalls bei der Wiedereingliederung in den Vollzeitunterricht zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die verschiedenen Praktika dienen der beruflichen Orientierung. Sie erm\u00f6glichen es den Jugendlichen, sich ein realistisches Bild von verschiedenen Berufsfeldern anzueignen und dadurch auch ihre Interessen und Begabungen zu erkunden. Wir stehen in einem sehr engen und regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Austausch mit den Betrieben und betreuen den Jugendlichen bei Bedarf sogar vor Ort.
