Diese Ausbildung gilt als gute Vorbereitung auf einen eher handwerklich ausgerichteten Beruf. Nach Abschluss eines 7. Jahr, in dem die vorbereitenden Grundlagen f\u00fcr die Studienrichtung Agronomie vermittelt wurden, hat der Sch\u00fcler ab dem 5. Jahr die M\u00f6glichkeit, zwischen den beiden<strong> Fachoptionen Landwirtschaft oder Gartenbau<\/strong> zu w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Erste Aufgabe der<strong> Landwirtschaft\u00a0<\/strong>ist nach wie vor die Produktion von gesunden und hochwertigen Nahrungsmitteln f\u00fcr Mensch und Tier auf umweltvertr\u00e4gliche und tiergerechte Art und Weise.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufgaben <strong>des Gartenbaus<\/strong> liegen anderem in der Produktion von Lebensmitteln (Schwerpunkt ist der Vergleich des \u00f6kologischen Anbaus mit dem konventionellen Anbau), aber auch in gestalterischer Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Jugendliche wird st\u00e4ndig geschult, die Zusammenh\u00e4nge im Alltag und im Beruf zu beobachten und zu analysieren.
