Daraufhin plant er den Fertigstellungsablauf und erstellt Werkst\u00fccke mit den unterschiedlichen Bearbeitungsverfahren wie Bohren, Drehen, Fr\u00e4sen und Schleifen.<br \/>\nSind die Grundkenntnisse des traditionellen Verfahrens einmal erlernt, werden Werkst\u00fccke auf computergesteuerten Maschinen (CNC-Drehb\u00e4nken, CNC-Fr\u00e4sen) hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kenntnisse der Werkstoffkunde helfen ihm dabei, die wirtschaftlichen Schnittdaten (Vorschub, Drehzahl, Schnitttiefe) auszuw\u00e4hlen und den Arbeitsablauf logisch zu planen.<br \/>\n\u00dcberdies erlernt er Techniken wie Schwei\u00dfen, Hydraulik und Pneumatik, sowie Automation.<\/p>\n<p>Grundvoraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine Ausbildung als Mechaniker sind:<br \/>\n&#8211; logisches Denken<br \/>\n&#8211; gute mathematische Kenntnisse<br \/>\n&#8211; das Interesse an der Technik<br \/>\n&#8211; die F\u00e4higkeit zur m\u00fcndlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation auch in einer Fremdsprache<br \/>\n&#8211; das Erlernen von technischen Begriffen<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jsltomol-6-d350454b80b09e0b2cfd29f4873995c5 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><em>Zeichne deinen Plan, entwerfe dein Projekt &#8230; (2. Das Berechnen und Verstehen der Schaltungen wird durch die Simulation auf dem Computer sowie dem praktischen Aufbau im Labor gefestigt. Der Umgang mit Messinstrumenten (Multimeter, Oszilloskop, ..) und vor allen Dingen dem PC als Diagnoseger\u00e4t wird im Labor gelehrt und erprobt.<\/p>\n<p>Die programmierbare Digitaltechnik nimmt einen immer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Stellenwert in der Elektronik ein. Dieser Tatsache wird Rechnung getragen durch das Erlernen der Programmierung von Steuerungen und Mikroprozessoren.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik nimmt immer mehr die Rolle des \u201eHirns\u201c in Maschinen und Anlagen ein, deshalb werden auch die \u201eGliederbereiche\u201c, so z.B. Regelungstechnik, Pneumatik und Mechatronik mit in den Unterricht einbezogen.<\/p>\n<p>Hier setzt man voraus, dass die Sch\u00fcler solide Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Freude am analytischen und logischen Denken haben.
