Februar 2020 besuchten die Sch\u00fcler des Grundwahlfachs \u201eSoziales und Wirtschaft\u201c die Produktion der B\u00e4ckerei Fonk. Der Rundgang startete im Lager, wo die Sch\u00fcler sich einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die vorrangig regionalen Rohstoffe verschaffen konnten. Anschlie\u00dfend nahmen wir die computerunterst\u00fctzte Knetmaschine in Augenschein sowie den gro\u00dfen Kochtopf f\u00fcr Pudding und dergleichen. Vor unseren Augen formte dann eine Flie\u00dfbandstra\u00dfe aus dem Teig Br\u00f6tchen, und das alles unter der Obhut eines B\u00e4ckermeisters, der die Qualit\u00e4t \u00fcberwachte. Die folgenden Stationen unseres Besuches waren das K\u00fchlhaus, das um 09.30 Uhr schon gut gef\u00fcllt war f\u00fcr die Produktion des n\u00e4chsten Tages, und die \u00d6fen, \u00fcber deren Anschaffungswert die Sch\u00fcler ganz sch\u00f6n staunten. Eric Fonk schaffte es au\u00dferdem, den Sch\u00fclern die Vorz\u00fcge des B\u00e4ckerberufs vor Augen zu f\u00fchren und sie dazu zu bringen, ihren eigenen Konsum (Stichwort Fertigprodukte bei Discountern) zu hinterfragen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jqnl7opd-b1e4d51b54e5f64e235b344c3bb071f0 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Zu guter Letzt erkl\u00e4rte uns der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer noch, wie die erforderlichen Produkte (vom Brot bis zum personalisierten Taufkuchen) schlie\u00dflich p\u00fcnktlich in die zahlreichen Filialen in Belgien und Luxemburg kommen.
